AOne 4 oz bottle of Heritage DF 50 Fungicide can make enough finished solution to treat 10,000 - 20,000 sq ft depending on the concentration you choose to use. You will use 0.2 - 0.4 oz of Heritage per 1,000 sq ft. Please refer to the product label to choose the concentration that is required for your needs.

QHow can I mix Heritage DF 50?
I will be applying this with a backpack sprayer and won't need anywhere near 100 gallons. How can I mix this, looks like I will need to add 0.12 oz to make three gallons! Ideas?
Also, do I need to mix it by weight or volume?
APage 6-8 of the Hertiage DF 50 product label will give the exact usage rates for each disease. Generally speaking you will need to use .2-.7 of an ounce of Heritage DF 50 in 1-4 gallons of water per 1,000 sq ft of area that needs to be treated. Did you get a measuring cup with your Heritage DF 50?

Is the product DF 50 the same as 50 WD? How much product would one use per gallon of water to get a 0.25 g active ingredient and a 0.13 g ai solution?
AWe are not sure of the answer to your question as we are only familiar with the Heritage DF 50. We would ask that you call the manufacturer as they are the experts on their own products and they can let you know exactly how to mix it for the purpose you need.
