SUBTERRANEAN TERMITES (OUTDOORS)
Kills and controls subterranean termites. Chemicals for soil treatment are used to establish a barrier against termites. The chemical emulsion must be adequately dispersed in the soil to provide a barrier between the wood in the structure and the termite colonies in the soil. Barriers may be established in the soil on the outside perimeter of the house by trenching using a rate of 4 gallons of emulsion per 10 linear feet per foot of depth. A complete termite barrier may require treatment with another EPA registered product to the inside perimeter of the foundation and to other interior critical areas. For these situations contact a licensed pest control operator for treatment. Prevents subterranean termite infestations. For use around existing structures, not for pre-construction use. For outdoor homeowner post-construction use only. DO NOT use under slabs, in crawl spaces or indoors. If termites are found within the house or structure, contact a licensed pest control operator for treatment. Keeps termites away for up to 5 years in areas treated.

By Adrienne in Gainesville, Georgia on 09/29/2011
Have used it previously and purchased it again. It does a definite job on bugs but one must keep at it until the last creature is gone.

High Yield Is Exactly That!
By Schubert in Richmond Hill, GA on 02/14/2012
I have used other insecticides that I have purchased at local stores that seem to have only limited effectiveness. I purchased 2 bottles of the Hi Yield Bug Blaster based on past experience with other products running out before the job is done. I have only used one bottle and it looks as though the under soil infestation is now under control in my back yard. Great product!

QHow often does Hi Yield Bug Blaster have to be used to kill ants?
We have used various ant traps but they keep coming back. Will this prevent them from coming back?
AHi-Yield Bug Blaster will last for several weeks after it has been applied. Hi-Yield Bug Blaster will not prevent ants from coming back but it will kill ants that travel over treated surfaces. If you want to use a product that is going to have the best long term effect you should consider using Termidor SC. Termidor is the # 1 choice for outdoor ant control around the outside of your home. Termidor is a non-repellent insecticide that also has a transfer effect. That means that ants cannot tell that the Termidor is there and will walk right over it and then pick the product up on their bodies and inadvertently carry it back to the colony. Then, through normal social interaction, the ants spread the Termidor and wipe out the colony. Termidor only needs to be applied two times per year and is effective for a wide variety of insects including ants, centipedes, roaches, spiders, silverfish, wasps and many other nuisance insects.

A When treating for bagworms,†Hi-Yield Bug Blaster Bifenthrin 2.4% is more for treating†trees and shrubs where they are more commonly found. †It is labeled to†be used around a foundation for other pests and will help to kill any that contact a treated surface, including bagworms if present. †When you are treating for bagworms,†apply when larvae begin to hatch and spray larvae directly. Application when larvae are young will be most effective. †Once bagworms have formed their bag they are pretty protected and chemical applications will not be effective. You will need to physically remove the bags manually or with a power washer.
