How can I get rid of scabies on myself and the dog?

My dog recently rolled around in a dead animal. I have a low immune system due to fighting breast cancer. I keep recontaminating myself and I have tried bedbug stuff, powders, sprays, lice shampoo lotion with Permethrin and nothing is working.
