I have been getting scorpions in my home. Several products seem to kill them but not wipe them out. I have just purchased Hi-Yield 38-Plus Insect Control - 38% Permethrin and need to know about best ratio for a gallon of water.
Hi-Yield 38-Plus Insect Control - 38% Permethrin should be mixed at 0.8 fluid ounces per gallon of water. While you could use the Hi-Yield 38 Plus for scorpion control, a better option would be something that sits on the surface better and lasts longer. Cy-Kick CS and Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion spray are the two best options for scorpion control. Both products are easy to mix with water and spray around the home. Not only will they kill scorpions, but will also kill all the other insects present around your home that they are feeding on. Since scorpions have thicker skin, you will need to spray a wider barrier around your home. Spray 2-3 feet up on the side and a minimum of 6 feet out on the ground.
