Q&A Home

Rose from St. Paul, Mn writes,

How do I open one of your rodent baiters which I inherited when I bought my new house? I can't get it open....

It also seems to be stuck to the ground....it is located flush against the south outside wall of the house. If I wanted to continue using it, I couldn't get it open to put bait in it!

The rodent baitier does not have a lock and is very thin plastic and is not hard to open.  We think you probably have a Protecta Station and not a rodent baiter station.  If the station you see has two holes on the top then you probably just need a protecta key to open it.
