How long after I spray the Non-ionic surfactant with herbicide can I water?

It rained just about 22 hours after applying the surfactant with herbicide... do I need to reapply?

Answer:

Water can be applied to the area after six hours. If it rained almost a day after application, there is no need to reapply.
