The turf grass is empire zosyia, and we are located just north of Orlando, Fl. As a preventative in advance of brown patch, how often and what months should we be spraying?
Honor Guard PPZ Fungicide should be used every 14-21 days before the disease is present. The mixing ratio is 1-2 fl. oz. per gallon of water. Brown patch will flourish in prolonged hot and humid weather, so you likely will not need to apply before temperatures reach 70 degrees.
