How long is it before the Eagle 20EW becomes rain resistant?

I just sprayed my roses in sunny weather. When I was done, a "pop up" thunderstorm, typical for Houston, moved through and dumped rain on them about 20 minutes after I was done spraying. I looked at the label but couldn't seem to find any mention of this.

Answer:

Eagle 20EW should be applied and dry prior to any rainfall to be effective. Excessive rainfall could cause a lack of performance.
