How much area will a 2.5 gallon jug of Aquaneat Aquatic Herbicide cover?

Answer:

Per the product label: "For Broadcast Application: Use 1.5 pints of this product per acre plus 2 or more quarts of a nonionic surfactant per 100 gallons of spray solution if weeds are less than 6 inches tall. If weeds are greater than 6 inches tall, use 2.5 pints of this product per acre plus 2 or more quarts of an approved nonionic surfactant per 100 gallons of spray solution." So, a 2.5 gallon jug will cover about 13 and 1/3 acres. For hand-held, high-volume application: Use a 3/4 percent solution in water plus 2 or more quarts of a nonionic surfactant per 100 gallons of spray solution and apply to foliage of vegetation to be controlled. A 3/4 percent solution would be made by diluting 3 quarts in 100 gallons of water, or 1 oz. of concentrate per 1 gallon for hand-held equipment. You can refer to the product label for dilution rates and coverage for specific weeds and other applications.
