How much Ferti-Lome Fruit, Citrus and Pecan Tree Food 19-10-5 would I apply for a grapefruit tree?

How many pounds for a 20 year grapefruit tree where the trunk measures across 8 inches? Also, I have a brand new lemon tree and orange tree I live in Southwest Florida Zone 10, small trunks obviously as they are baby trees. How much of this food for the lemon and orange tree? Thanks.

For a grapefruit tree with 8 inch trunk diameter, you would apply 8 lbs of Ferti-Lome Fruit, Citrus and Pecan Tree Food 19-10-5 per feeding in Spring, Summer, and Fall at 90 day intervals, per the product label. For lemon and orange trees, you would use the same amount of 1 lb per inch of trunk diameter at each feeding.
