The mix rate for Hi-Yield 2, 4-D Selective Weed Killer is 4 oz. in 3/4 gallon of water or 1 pint in 3 gallons of water.  If you are planning to use the entire 50 gallon tank, you will need to use 16 2/3 pints, or 2.08 gallons of 2,4-D, in that 50 gallons of water.
