How much should I use?

I have Leaf miner on my boxwood shrubs which are about 20 in Diameter. how much and how often should I treat the shrubs. Thanks

Answer:

Acephate 97UP Insecticide should be used when the leafminers appear. You will repeat every 14 days as needed. The label also states that the product should not be sprayed 3 times in a tree or shrubs growing season. You will use 0.25 lbs per 100 gallons of water.
