There is not a specific amount of Stuf-Fit copper mesh that you need to use. You will just take a small amount of the mesh, wad it up and push it into each hole. The exact amount will vary depending on the size of the hole. You want the mesh to have a tight fit into the hole so that it can not be bypassed or pushed out by insects or other small animals.
