Is Bayer Advanced 3 in 1 Insect Disease Mite Control RTU considered a Systemic insecticide?

I sent an e-mail earlier today about my nellie stephen holly bushes (4-5ft / 2yrs old) was told to get Merit Granular, but this seems good too...have problem with sooty black mold on leaves..so would this work too?

Answer:

The Bayer Advanced 3 in 1 Insect Disease Mite Control RTU is absorbed systemically by the plant and is labeled for black spot.  It does have the same active ingredient as Merit, Imidacloprid.
