Is Bifen XTS my best bet to eliminate chinch bugs?

I was going by active ingredient % and noticed that this product had considerable more than Talstar P.

Answer:

Talstar P, Bifen IT or Bifen XTS are all great bifenthrin products that are labeled for eradicating chinch bugs. As long as they are applied according to the label, they will be effective for control. Bifen XTS has a larger percentage but is diluted differently than Talstar P or Bifen IT (both water based concentrates). Chinch Bug Control Article
