Since different people can have varying reactions to the same chemical there is no way for us to be able to say for sure that any one person will not have a reaction to a specific insecticide. We can say that we have never had a report of any type of reaction to the Biter Fighter Natural Insect Repellent - Cedar when used as directed on the label.  You may also want to contact the asthmatic persons physician prior to the application just to be sure there will be no issues.
