Is FenvaStar EcoCap good for treating Fleas on carpeting?

Is this safe for pets and humans Once DRY on Carpeting for flea control?

Answer:

FenvaStar EcoCAP is labeled for fleas and is completely safe for kids and pets once dry. Fenva While Fenvastar is labeled for fleas, we recommend using our Indooor/Outdoor Flea Control Kit .

Using the kit you are able to treat with the same product Onslaught, inside the home as well as outside where the fleas are coming in from.  The Indoor/Outdoor Flea Kit also has the Insect Growth Regulator (IGR). IGR's are insect birth control and a beneficial product to any flea program. Please read below and let us know if you have any further questions.

Using Onslaught Indoors : Mix 0.5 oz of Onslaught with 1 gallon of water (+ 1 oz of Martins IGR if needed, please see below) to treat a 1,000 sq ft area. Thoroughly apply as a fine particle broadcast spray to infested rugs, carpets, and pet resting areas

Using Onslaught Outdoors: Mix 0.5 to 1.0 fluid ounce of Onslaught in sufficient water to cover 1,000 square feet of lawn. Spray the entire lawn with a coarse, wet spray. Repeat this application in two weeks.

Martins IGR: Once you've mixed up the Onslaught according to the instructions mentioned above, simply add the desired amount of Martins IGR to the mix and spray both the Onslaught and Martins IGR at the same time. We recommend about 1 oz of Martins per every 5 gallons of Onslaught solution that you mix up.

Prior to treatment, carpets, draperies and upholstered furniture should be vacuumed thoroughly and the vacuum cleaner bag disposed of in an outdoor trash receptacle. Remove pets from area to be treated. After treatment, do not allow children and pets into treated areas until spray has dried. You should vacuum once daily every day for the next 14 days to help speed up the flea elimination process. A second application of Onslaught may be needed after 14 days.
