Yes the Hi Yield Indoor/Outdoor 10% Permethrin can be used as the adulticide to mix with the Nylar for flea control, however you may find better options by looking at some of our flea control kits on our page. The products we have paired together will not smell as bad as the Hi Yield and will give you a wider usage area both indoors and out. If you use the Hi Yield it would be 1 1/3 ounce to 1 gallon of water mixed with 1 ounce of Paragon Surge Nylar.
