Is Hi-Yield 2, 4-D safe to use in ornamental beds?

You can use Hi-Yield 2, 4-D Selective Weed Killer as a spot treatment around ornamentals. The manufacturer advised to be very aware of drifting. If compatible you could use Image 70.
