Is Hi-Yield Lawn, Garden, Pet and Livestock Insect Control safe to use in a vegetable garden where there may be bees?

I am looking for something that we can use in our Vegetable garden to fight a grasshopper problem... but I noticed in an earlier question where this is not bee safe. Bees are part of the pollination process... will this actually kill the bees as they are pollinating my garden?

Answer:

Most insecticides are non-selective, so what would kill one insect would kill another. It is generally recommended not to spray flowering plants and to avoid spraying in the middle of the day when pollinators are most active. This would be recommended when using Hi-Yield Lawn, Garden, Pet and Livestock Insect Control.
