Is it legal to buy pest chemicals?

Im curious and want to know if its ok to buy pest products online.. I was under the impression they were only available to licensened technicians..

Answer:

It is indeed legal for us to sell (and you to buy) professional pest control products. We have to have a special license to sell the products and we are inspected yearly by the Department of Agriculture. As for the folks who buy our products, they must make sure they are following the law and only using them for personal use and not using them to treat other peoples property for a profit as you must have license to do so.
