Surf-Ac 820 Non-Ionic Surfactant will not harm animals if used as directed. They should not present and the surfaces should be dry completely prior to their return to the treated areas. It is not labeled as an insecticide that will eradicate bedbugs. Bedbugs are found indoors and this surfactant should be applied to exterior areas only.
