Is Suspend SC safe to put on dogs as a dip for ticks? If so, how should it be diluted?

What reactions are possible from the diluted dip use of this product on dogs?

Suspend SC is not labeled to be used on animals. You can use Martins Flea, Tick and Mange dip safely on dogs.
