Temprid SC Insecticide does have two powerful active ingredients that work very well on the dozens of pests list on the product label. Residual insecticides, however, should not be the sole treatment for flying insects since it often difficult to apply the insecticide in areas where the flies will come into contact with it. We do have excellent Pest Guides on several different types of flies, and we would be happy to offer additional advice with information about what specific kind of fly you are treating and in what area (inside, outside, residential, commercial, etc.).
