Is the Portable Pronto Hand-Held Steam Cleaner - P7 good for killing bed bugs?

I see it is the cheapest option available on this site and since I cannot afford the other steamers, I was looking to purchase this one. I just need to make sure that it will get rid of bed bugs, eggs, and their larva.
