If the infestation is bad in this vacant home, you can start with the Pro Control Plus total release. You can use this fogger to provide an instant knockdown of the pest that are out. After the fogger has been released and the area ventilated for 2 plus hours, you can apply your residual product Alpine WSG to cracks and crevices. If the roach infestation is significant please use Maxforce FC Magnum bait.   Use Boracare with Mold Care to treat for the mold.
