Q&A Home

Allan from Saint Simons Island,ga writes,

Is there a systemic insecticide for scale on camellias?

Answer:

The most commonly used systemic insecticide is imidacloprid. There are many imidacloprid products on the market such as Merit, Adonis 2F, and Criterion. We recommend you contact your local cooperative extension office and speak to the master gardener on staff to see which one of these products would be most appropriate for camellias.
