Is there a trick to removing and replacing the lid on the Chapin Industrial Stainless Steel 2 Gallon (#1739)?

I know you just put the lid on, press down and turn, but I can't get it to work. Should the pump be up, down etc. I have only used it twice before and had the same issue. Somehow I did finally get it to work. I know it is me!


We recommend that you call the manufacturer, Chapin 800-444-3140 ext 2 – Customer Service. The customer service representatives at Chapin are great and they will walk you through the correct procedure for removing and replacing the lid correctly.
