Talstar P is not labeled for mites in general and would not be recommended for this use as it is specific to the types of mites it treats, ie spider and clover mites in/around homes and lawns and also mites in animal facilities only. Onslaught which will give you a wider usage range indoors and is actually labeled for mites. Both will kill them and both can be used anywhere except edible vegetation outdoors.
