    I would like to use DE on my outdoor cats for fleas. How is it applied and how much would I use per cat

    JT Eaton KILLS Bedbugs and Crawling Insects Powder DE is labeled to be used in the cats sleeping quarters but is not labeled for use on the cat itself. We are not aware of a DE product that is labeled for use on animals.

    How Does This Compare to Using Drione or Alpine Dust? Pests are silverfish and other indoor creepy crawlies.
    Possibly bedbugs.

    Both JT eaton  and Alpine Dust use a more natural ingredient called diatomaceous Earth, but Alpine also contains Dinotefuron. You may see a faster kill with Alpine Dust.

    In an apt. complex will the JT Eaton KILLS Bedbugs and Crawling Insects Powder prevent bed bugs from crossing into my apt if my neighbor has an infestation?

    Dusts including the JT Eaton KILLS Bedbugs and Crawling Insects Powder are great for applying under baseboards around the room (this stops bedbugs from fleeing the room and spreading to other areas), for dusting on and inside the box spring itself, and for dusting in cracks and crevices where liquids may not go (such as in and behind picture frames, underneath furniture, in the cracks of dresser drawers, and in the joints, cracks, and hollow tubing of bed frames, etc.).     Can JT Eaton KILLS Bedbugs and Crawling Insects Powder powder be used inside my electronics?
    I have several game systems and stereo components. Can i spray a bit of this dust in the vents to kill whatever may be hiding inside. Also can this be dusted directly on my mattresses under the bedding to kill bed bugs?

    JT Eaton KILLS Bedbugs and Crawling Insects Powder cannot be used in electronics. We sell Nuvan Prostrips that will relase a vapor that will kill insects in electronics. You want to seal up the electronics in a bag or plastic tub for at least a week with the strip. Please see our Bed Bug Pest Guide for more information about how to treat for bed bugs.

    JT Eaton KILLS Bedbugs and Crawling Insects Powder is not labeled for spiders. It will kill the following insects: bedbugs, boxelder bugs, ants, cockroaches, crickets, fleas, sowbugs, silverfish, millipedes, ticks and houseflies that rest on the treated surfaces.     Is it safe to sit/lay on my couch after using JT Eaton KILLS Bedbugs and Crawling Insects Powder according to directions?
    I have carpet/couch beetles living behind the cushions of my couch.

    JT Eaton KILLS Bedbugs and Crawling Insects Powder is not labeled for carpet beetles or to be used on a couch/sofa.  The products in our Carpet Beetle Kit are labeled to treat for carpet beetles and are labeled for use inthe areas you're specifying.  Please see our Carpet Beetle Treatment Guide for more information on how to get rid of carpet beetles.
