    Q
Does the tip of the Long Shot Puffer Duster rotate?
So the dust can be applied upwards
    A

The tip on the Long Shot Puffer Duster does not rotate.  If you need to apply dusts in an upward application the B&G 1150 Bulb Duster would be a better choice.

    Q
How far vertically will the long shot puffer dust?
I'm trying to dust inside of 12 ft column.
    A

This duster is designed to treat cracks and crevices or voids where you place the tip of the duster, so it will only travel a few inches from the tip. For larger voids, the B&G Mini Dust-R 1151M has a larger capacity and will push dust about 36 inches from the tip: http://www.domyownpestcontrol.com/bg-mini-dustr-1151m-p-378.html. There is also a 2 quart version of this duster, the B&G 1152-A, which is frequently used to treat attics and crawl spaces: http://www.domyownpestcontrol.com/bg-quart-duster-1152a-p-319.html. Both of these pump dusters come with extension tips that would still allow you to dust through a small opening. Pump dusters also add a static charge to the dust, helping it to cling to surfaces.

If you have a tall vertical void to treat, you could also drill high in the column and let gravity carry the dust down. For more detailed instructions, you may also call our customer service at 866-581-7378 M-F 9a-5p EST, so that we may address your specific situation.

    Q
After use is it ok to leave the remaining dust in the Long Shot Puffer Duster?
    A

The Long Shot Puffer Duster needs to be emptied and cleaned after each use.  Leaving the dust in the duster can cause decay and breakdown of the duster itself.

    Q
Is the Long shot Puffer duster hard to use?
I have a small hand. Is this easy to use? Is it heavy?
    A

The long shot puffer weighs about a 1/2 pound and is no harder to use than the regular bellow hand duster. If you can successfully use any other duster, the long shot should not be an issue for you.

    Q
Is this Long Shot Puffer Duster appropriate for bed bug powder applications?
Kanine inspection detected bed bugs in only one place at the start, Aug. 30, in one bedroom. Total of 1 live b. bug found in first visual inspection on Sept.6, no other signs..eggs, etc. I had professional treatment on Sept. 9, found 2 dead bugs, plus a follow up on Sept. 23. found 2 dead bugs same place. This is a 2 bedroom apartment - total 660 sq. feet. No bites on us at all. Six days after follow up saw 1 live bed bug 3 feet from bedroom door in hallway, on a damp towel draped over a hamper. Did not see anything after that. Am terrified of infestation. Would like to apply, by myself, bb killer dust, as one precaution. Bought 'bb and crawling insect killer dust'. Is this puffer appropriate to use for dusting under baseboards, cracks in wood floor, etc. No carpets in apartment. Thank you.
    A

The Long Shot Puffer Duster is best used to access treating hard to reach areas.  For just general dust applications the standard Bellow Hand Duster would be perfect.
