    Is the Master MFG 12 Volt Diaphragm Pump 1GPM on demand?
    Meaning does it shut off at a predetermined pressure and then turn on again when the pressure drops? My present Dobbins sprayer has the on demand motor. (A pressure switch is built into the pump end of the motor.) I am looking for an exact replacement.

    Yes, the Master MFG 12 Volt Diaphragm Pump 1 GPM is an on demand unit. Per the manufacturer it will shut off at 40PSI and then cut back on again once it drops back down below that once again.

    does this pump have a on/off switch and is it already wired to hook up to Fimco sprayer?

    We apologize as we are not familiar with a Fimco sprayer. Please contact Master MFG at 800-864-1649 for a definite answer about the hook up to your Fimco Sprayer.

    Will the pump continue to run when the hand sprayer nozzle is closed and the pressure is back to peak?
    I am wondering if I am using this pump for a hand nozzle application purposes, will the pump run non stop or will it turn itself on only when I am squeezing the handle and requesting it too? Does it have an internal pressure shut off? Thanks

    How can I fix the noise from the Master MFG 12 Volt Diaphragm Pump 1GPM when it is operating?
    Use is for ventilation control in cab of M.H

    Master MFG 12 Volt Diaphragm Pump 1GPM  has not had very many complaints as far as being noisy. We would recommend to first contact Master MFG 800-864-1649 for the best help trouble shooting this noise issue.

    Can I buy just the diaphragm for the Master MFG 12 Volt Diaphragm Pump?
    The pump works when set to the ground/trailer setting, but won't work on the pressure side and the spray gun.
