After purchasing this product from some of the reviews I read, it doesn't seem to work as well as advertised.

Worked for a bit, than nothing

    By Carolyn on 12/07/2012

The baits worked in the beginning. Saw a huge reduction in roaches.... then the roaches figured it all out, and wouldn't go near the red baits. I switched to the Hydra version. I even tried the bait in the tube w/plunger. What a big, fat, mess. I would never recommend the bait in a tube version. Whatever the reason, the roaches won't go near the red disks, so the infestation is going as strong as before. The Hydra version worked the best, but I grew impatient waiting to see results. It takes approx. 2-3 weeks to see any results.

    Not convinced these work.

    By Rita on 10/21/2014

I have used these and I do not think they work. We had roaches in a rental house and these bait stations didn't seem to even slow them down. The roaches did not eat the bait. I finally went back to over the counter sprays, boric acid and sugar and these got rid of the roaches.

    Expert Response  Expert response:
Larger roaches often will not go into bait stations, unfortunately. We would generally recommend a roach bait gel first since it can be applied right into cracks and crevices for the best acceptability. Also, gel baits have moisture that make them an attractive food source. We sell Invict Gold Roach Bait Gel with Gentrol Point Source Stations (and Insect Growth Regulator) together in our Roach Control Kit #1: http://www.domyownpestcontrol.com/roach-control-kit-p-1058.html You should also see our article How To Get Rid of Roaches for more tips on a successful roach treatment program: http://www.domyownpestcontrol.com/how-to-get-rid-of-german-roaches-a-245.html

Didn't eliminate but seemed to reduce

    By Cap22 on 05/14/2017

Bought this with the hope of eliminating my roach problem... Used demon and phantom but seems after years of success with them the roaches have become immune to them... tried Maxforce for the last two months and although I have seen a slight reduction after two months but no where close to getting rid of the problem...

    Don't recommend.

    By Mc on 12/27/2020

Opened these as soon as they arrived, and weeks later they are still empty. Gave a 2 star because the adhesive on the back works well to adhere to surfaces of multiple materials.

    Not the best

    By Melanie on 03/16/2024

Worked for some but not any better than the ones I bought at the dollar store and they were cheaper. Not the great roach killer described.
