Maxforce Roach Bait Stations FAQ
How do I Use Maxforce Roach Bait Stations?
Break bait stations away from the plastic frame and place where roaches have been seen or near harborages. (Likely harborages include warm, damp locations, near or in floor drains and other exposed plumbing fixtures, near basement windows and doors, sewers, steam tunnels, and where food is prepared and stored.)
Can Maxforce Roach Bait Stations be applied to vertical surfaces?
For application to vertical surfaces- peel paper of bottom to expose sticky adhesive, or use stickers included in the box or bag.
Can I use a liquid residual spray with Maxforce Roach Bait Stations?
No. Do not spray liquid residual or repellent insecticides on or near bait stations, as this will repel roaches and reduce efficacy.
How long will it take to see results?
Roaches will begin taking the bait immediately, with visible results within 2 weeks or less.
How often should Maxforce Roach Bait Stations be replaced?
For control of large roaches, replace stations every 3 months, -or-, for small cockroaches, inspect bait stations periodically and replace as needed.
How does the active ingredient Hydramethylnon work to eliminate roaches?
Roaches ingest the bait or track through the gel to trigger hydramethylnon poisoning. Roaches then act as poison carriers by coming in contact with other roaches. Poison is also effectively spread throughout roach colonies when the affected roach dies and the other roaches feed on its carcass or feces. This is called the “Domino Effect”.

miracale product
By Skyler on September 17, 2010This product works! We have had a roach problem for years and it was the worst infestation imaginable. I purchased this product and was simply amazed at how quickly the problem diminished. Over night the roaches seemed to die off by the hundreds. On the thhird day I was virtually roach free. It has ben six moths and I' m back to buy more on a prevenitive level. I did make some changes like never leaving dirty dishes in the sink and de-cluttering my house but I'm convinced this product worked 100% and is worth every penny! Thank you to the makers of this product; I will never live in this house with out it!!

Best Bait Ever
By Angela on September 19, 2012My mother in laws home was thoroughly infested with roaches. We used a professional who supplied MAXFORCE baits in the services he provided. He told us we would probably wake up to dead roaches. I was sceptical because others promised things their baits never delivered. We were told to sweep the dead roaches into a corner and leave them. I know, Gross is exactly what I said. We woke up to dead roaches every where, within 72 hours we had very few bugs. I will only use this product and continue to use this product 10 years later. I highly recommend and you won't be disappointed!

Maxforce Bait Stations
By Ethel on March 22, 2013
Verified PurchaseI am very pleased with this product. I used RAID and HOTSHOT before trying this product. I have been using it for about a month and the bait stations are still working. I was having a problem with roaches multiplying faster than we could exterminate them. We put out the roach baits and within a week we could see the difference. They worked so well I gave my daughter some to put out around her house. She is VERY pleased with the results.

QCan Roaches become immune?
I've purchased two bags now in the past 2-3 yrs of the MaxForce roach bait stations in the red bag. The last time was less then 9 mo ago and they've gotten bad again so is it an issue of them now immune to the chemicals in the red bag. If I purchased this type instead would it actually kill them as there is sadly no money back if the produce fails to work like last time :(
ARoaches can become resistant to active ingredients if it is used non-stop over a long period of time and it is recommended that you rotate active ingredients to guard against such a situation. If you have a medium to heavy roach infestation then roach baits alone may not be able to keep up with the problem and you may need to add a couple of products to your treatment regiment. We recommend that you also use a high quality insecticide spray such as Demon WP mixed with an insect growth regulator such as Gentrol IGR. The Demon WP will quickly kill any roaches that come into contact with treated areas and the Gentrol IGR works like birth control and will help stop the roaches from reproducing. By adding these products to your treatment program you can get rid of the roaches faster.
August 23, 2012Erin from Kyle, Tx asked:
QI have a couple cats that will eat dead roaches if the roaches have been in your product will it harm my cats
AThe chance of secondary poisoning from a cat eating a roach that has been in contact with roach baits is very, very slim. The cats would have to lots and lots of dead roaches in a very short period of time to be effected.
April 20, 2011Christine asked:
QAre the MaxForce Roach Bait Stations large enough to allow large Oriental Roaches to enter?
We are seeing Oriental roaches in the basement, bathroom, and kitchen. I am wondering if this bait station will be large enough to allow entrance and access to the bait? I have purchased some through local retailers, but they were too small to accommodate this large roach, so I took them back. If this bait will not work for the Oriental roach, please make a recommendation. Thank you.
AThe MaxForce Roach Bait Stations are specifically made for smaller roaches such as the Brown-Banded or German roaches. When dealing with the larger roaches such as the Oriental Roaches it may be better to use a roach bait gel such as The Maxforce FC Magnum or the Advion Roach Bait Gel. You can apply the gel directly to cracks or crevices and you will not have to worry about whether or not the roach can fit into a station.
January 22, 2013Jennie from Jensen Beach Florida asked:
QDo Maxforce Roach Bait Stations work on palmetto bugs 2-3 inches in length?
ANo, the Maxforce Roach Bait Stations will not be able to accommodate the large American roach aka Palmetto bug. Most roach bait stations do not list this large roach on their label because they are too big to get into the stations. A good alternative bait would be the Dupont Advion Roach Bait Gel. You can put spots right into cracks and crevices where the roaches like to hide. We also recommend using and insect growth regulator to stop the reproduction cycle of the roaches while you are trying to get rid of them. You can find both products in our roach control kit # 1
