Excellent product as long as you use it every 6 months as directed (in AZ that is in March and October). Be sure to water the applied area if it des not rain. I have 1.25 acres with almost no weeds when used as compared to my neighbors that have weeds all over. I am a life long user now!

Monterey Weed Impede
By Steve on 02/05/2015
Not sure about other states but my Arizona weeds laughed at it.
Weed Impede is designed to be a pre-emergent herbicide only, so if you are needing to treat existing weeds, then you will need to use an additional product. We are happy to assist you with choosing products appropriate for your situation, depending on what plants you are trying to control and in what areas. You may reach us by telephone at 866-581-7378 M-F 9a-5p EST.

Good product, but too expensive in pints.
By Rick on 01/28/2015
I've used this pre emergent for over 30 years and it is very effective for mostly grassy weeds and some broadleafs. Unfortunately DMOPC has been out of stock on gallons for some time and they don't list quarts at all. I bought a pint to get me by but the price is double per ounce.
Thank you for your comments! We do have the same formulation available from other manufacturers with 40.4% Oryzalin. Surflan Pro Herbicide is available in pints and quarts here: http://www.domyownpestcontrol.com/surflan-pro-herbicide-oryzalin-404-p-1819.html. Surflan is also available in a 2.5 gallon container for larger applications: http://www.domyownpestcontrol.com/surflan-as-herbicide-p-1555.html. You may also call us for product availability at 866-581-7378 M-F 9a-5p EST.
