A good product to broadcast across your lawn is called Bifen I/T. It treats for various types of pests and can be used both inside along the baseboards, cracks and crevices and outside as well as a broadcast across the lawn. It is safe for pets when it is dry so remove the dogs from the area while spraying. This product is not labeled for fruit trees. For fruit trees, I would recommend Monterey Fruit Tree Spray Plus. It is broadly labeled product that can be used on edibles.
