Use Maxforce FC Magnum (4 x 33 gram tubes) as directed on label to control roach infestations. Maxforce FC Magnum roach bait gel is the newest bait from Maxforce by Bayer. It has the same great active ingredient as the other Maxforce products - Fipronil. Only this time, you get five times the active ingredient, plus a new technology called ContactX(TM) that kills roaches even when they just touch the bait. Other roaches touch or eat the dead roach and spread the bait again, controlling the entire colony, even the roaches you can't see.
Maxforce FC Magnum should be applied to areas frequented by cockroaches such as between different elements of construction, between equipment and floors, openings leading into voids and hollow spaces in floors, walls, ceilings, equipment legs and bases, around plumbing pipes, doors and windows, and behind and under appliances, cabinets, sinks, closets, and any other equipment that cockroaches are typically known to hide. Do not use residual insecticides in the same areas as the gel placements.

FenvaStar EcoCap (8 oz.) with the active ingredient Esfenvalerate - 3.5% is an excellent professional insecticide that's perfect for crack and crevice and/or spot applications around baseboards, window frames and door frames. FenvaStar EcoCap offers long residual activity and is made using a renewable vegetable oil instead of petroleum resulting in almost no odor and no VOCs. Apply with a hand pump sprayer (1-2 oz. per gallon of water will treat 1,000 sq. ft.). FenvaStar EcoCap can be tank mixed with the Gentrol IGR Concentrate and applied at the same time see label for instructions.

Gentrol IGR Concentrate (1 oz.) with the IGR (insect growth regulator) Hydropene - 9% travels deep into wall cavities, cracks and crevices, reaching the stored product pests that other treatments miss. Hydroprene prevents stored product pest larvae from progressing to the pupal stage of development, so the larvae die before they become breeding adults and future infestations.
Gentrol IGR Concentrate may be tank mixed the FenvaStar EcoCap (see label for instructions) and applied with a hand pump sprayer. Apply to areas such as walls, floors, ceilings, attics, basements, or crawlspaces. NOTE: Prior to treating around air ducts, shut off ventilation system. Allow treatment to dry prior to turning on ventilation system.

Wow! Roach obliteration!!!!
By Timothy on January 21, 2013
Verified PurchaseMan does this stuff works, and works awesome. Had a very bad roach infestation after moving into a new apartment and nothing seemed to work. Bought roach sprays, foggers, boric acid tablets with no success. It was as if I was invading their space looking at all of these sickening critters every morning when I awoke. Found this website while searching online, called and spoke with some knowledgeable folks and decided to order. After a couple of days starting noticing lots of dead little bastards everywhere and after a short while they were literally gone. This roach kits kills like a nuclear bomb totally obliterating these slimy, disgusting pests. Buy this kit and you will not be sorry as I surely am not.

Verified Purchaseit's been 2 wks and i havent seen a dead roaches. i Baited w/ Maxforce in small "bubble" like drops all over the baseboards and in kitchen drawers. I was hoping it wouldn't be very noticeable but a few hours later .... IT IS!! you see brown drops everywhere. i also noticed that the drops come off fairly easily unlike the spray applications that seem to dry on and stick. i dont know the insect life cycle but i plan on leaving it for at least a month before i rub them all off. i have kids so i'm worried that toys may brush up against walls and adhere to the bait.

QWhich of New York Roach Control Kit products do I use first? Does it kill german roaches?
AAll of the items in the NY Roach Control Kit will work for German roaches. The order in which you apply the products will not matter. Just be sure to place the baits in small dots in cracks and crevices around counters, drawers, cabinets and other places where spraying would not be appropriate. Mix together the Gentrol and the Fenvastar into the same gallon of water and apply to cracks and crevices around baseboards, door frames, window frames, under furniture and under appliances and other low areas. The main thing to remember is that you cannot spray in the exact same area as you have applied the bait or the bait will not work.
