    Q
When can I put down Pennington Bermuda Triangle Blend and still have it germinate in Central Oklahoma?
If I put down Surflan Pre-Emergent in the next couple of weeks.
    A
According to the Surflan Pro product label reseeding should be delayed for at least 90-120 days following application of the product.  The best time to plant Bermuda Grass Seed such as Pennington Bermuda Triangle Blend is in the late spring/early summer after soil temperatures reach 65-70+ degrees or higher as well as all danger of freeze and frost is past.
