    Does Pennington Window Box Liner Plastic Black have a drainage hole that is open
    i want to keep all water in the box.

    Pennington Window Box Liner Plastic Black contain two holes that can be pushed out for draining. Please keep in mind that the "sealed" holes are not air tight and water could leak out.
