great work, haven't seen any bugs since I sprayed. I didn't care so much for the smell, but that went away shortily after use. we were glad to see the bugs gone. Thank you for this great product. Glad I could do it myself.

I have used some of the first can, I purchased 3, and so far its like the bees feed off of this. They certainly are not dying or leaving. Its label says its good for killing honey bees but so far this is not the case.

The order process was a breeze. Delivery, despite ridiculous weather conditions and slight delay was quite reasonable. As for the product working, it's been 3 weeks since I sprayed, and so far I have not seen one of those vile little bed bugs. Compared to the other products I used this has been far superior to any I purchased from the local home store. Finally, I think my world can go back to normal.

I bought this and have used it twice in the same area and the ants keep cominh back. It does not work. I have these little red ants. I have tried your Ang kit with gel and granular..it did not work and then you sold me this sturf and I still have the ants and I am out about 60 dollars

Had a huge bed bug infestation. Brought the little buggers home from a motel stay. We did not notice the bugs right away, which is why they multiplied so greatly. We tried several products with limited results. Finally, a friend told us about Phantom. So we ordered two cans of Phantom II Aerosol Spray. This stuff is pretty good. After the first time we used it, there were less bugs. Since we had a major infestation, we repeated the application of the Phantom spray a second time. After that, there were even less bugs. There are still a few but we plan on ordering more Phantom spray and are considering ordering the professional level kit to do the whole house. One thing we did before spraying was to thoroughly clean and vacuum the house and emptied the vacuum canister afterwards. We also used a steamer to kill as many bugs as possible before spraying. The combination of these preparations and the Phantom spray really helped a lot. This stuff really worked well for us. Before ordering the Phantom spray, we checked the comments on the website. Some people commented that there was a very unpleasant smell, but we did not find this to be the case. There was a small odor, but it quickly dissipated after we reopened the windows in the sprayed areas, and it was almost completely gone within four hours. It was easy to order this product also. The people taking our order were courteous and informative and we received the product within just a couple of days via UPS. I would definitely order this product again. I plan to treat the affected parts of the house quarterly even if I don't see any more bugs. This stuff works good on fleas and spiders too. After using Phantom spray, we are confident that with another treatment we can finally say hello to a good night's sleep and bye, bye to the bed bugs.

Knock on wood, I think it's worked! After battling ants for 6 weeks, I think - a bit afraid to say it, but I think they may be gone. We tried all the DIY store sprays, baits, liquids, etc. nothing worked. We used so many chemicals in and outside the house I'm surprised we've made it through alive. We applied the Phantom Spray under the baseboards, behind the electrical outlets, in every crack and crevice we could find - and those little jerks are gone. YES! {knock on wood}

Phantom II Aerosol Spray was recommended by Terminex personnel for the tiny ants that suddenly invaded our kitchen. The ants invaded my Krispy Kreme's, and so we declared war on them. I purchased a can of the spray in the event that we found more of the ants (and we did find them outside). After spraying twice, they were gone and have not returned. Additionally, there have been no signs of the ants returning to the kitchen.

I got the product for pantry moths. They were near gone when I used this but for sure there has not been one seen since I sprayed. I like the long stream spray and I read it can be used for ants which we do get in the spring. I am happy I purchased this.

I found DoMyOwnPestControl some time ago and was completely satisfied with the Phantom II Aerosol Spray that when it ran out I purchased 2 more. It is only one of the few products that truly lives up to it's claim KILL ANTS. When I see one ant I kill it with my thumb, when I see 2 or more I reach for Phantom II. My wife and I Thank You very much.

Thanks to the recommendation by customer service staff (Amber) the ants are gone. Was able to use the straw to get into the cracks in wall, and countertops. Perfect!

I noticed a steady stream of yellow jacket wasps squeezing through an opening between the fascia and side trim board on a corner of my gambrel roof. The local exterminator quoted a price of at least $250 in order to gain access to the nest and remove it. I read about PT Phantom on the DMO website and bought a can. I sprayed around and into the opening, to the obvious displeasure of the inhabitants. Four days later all yellow jacket activity had ceased. Gone. Easy job, just needed a stepladder.

Last year I used the Advance Carpenter ant bait with good results, but this year it was ineffective. I tried mounding the bait, broadcasting it around my home's perimeter - no success. When I first sprayed Phantom Aerosol there was no decrease in the ant activity, and I was reluctant to re-spray because of the directions which said not to re-spray within a month. Not having any other alternative, I decided to re-spray a couple of days later, which cut down the activity to some degree, and then re-sprayed a couple of days later still, and have now not seen any activity at all for a few days.

I've used the Complete Ant Kit and now Phantom, but still have ants. Yes, there's a few less than prior, but Phantom was described as the best product on the market. I've now sprayed multiple times in as many places cracks and crevices as I can find, but still get 10 - 15 random ants that I squash each day. What's next?

This is a great product. You need about one can per 1.5 rooms. It's best if you spray 2 days in a row once detailed then once general. Also can be used with cedar oil and Steri-Fab for even better results. Main thing is spray every 2 weeks for first 3 sessions then ever 3 or 4 for maintenance. Use Sterifab or cedar oil also. Cedar can be sprayed as much as needed. Also do your own research and experimentation, there are different settings like "kids, dogs" etc., so if you can, get professionals. If not take what I wrote and dig into your own research before buying any product.

For the third day in a row I have applied around my windos and baseboards in my office trying to stop more infitration of argentine ants. Direct spray on visible ants get a kill rate of maybe 25%. As for residual, the ants are back for day 3 and nothing seems to have slowed then down. Had the same problen on my out door lanai, trailing in and around the cabinets and up and down the wall. After3 days of applications I finally mixed up a gallon of Talstar in my sprayer - one application, alot of kills and no signs of return.Honestly, a can of black Flag @ 1/4 the price is more effective. This has little to no knockdown ability, and am still waiting for the residual to kick in, so far nothing.

I guess I was expecting faster results and more product for the money. I have used an entire can of spray, but my 2000 sf home was not completely sprayed. I think the roach infestation is partly under control, but @ nearly $30 per can this was an expensive remedy. I will probably order another can to complete the job.

It states in the description of this product on your website that it is a quick knockdown insecticide...Its not, it states it in the label. Also, when doing C.C treatments on bed frames, it does leave a white (Very faint) residue. Good product overall.

We still have a problem with ghost ants. The product kills on contact but the ants keep returning. Also the tube that came with the can for spraying into cracks is too large in diameter and does not fit the can. It is useless.

The crack and crevice straw is made to fit very snugly into the crack and crevice tip. Usually, you will want to use needle-nosed pliers to insert the straw into the crack and crevice tip. This safe, easy to use spray was part of my initial bed bug response plan along with the other products and actions that should be taken to control bed bugs. This product has a different mechanism of action than other sprays or dusts, which makes it a good product to add to your control plan.

It's the best I have found for eradicating roaches. It's effective for hard-to-reach locations. Used with Phantom in a pump sprayer, I was able to clear a rental house that was virtually overrun with roaches.
