Q. Can I spray Cyonara 9.7 on my vinyl siding without it discoloring the siding?

A. We have never had anyone complain about Cyonara 9.7 discoloring siding, but we always recommend that you apply it in a inconspicuous place first just to make sure there are no issues. We do not foresee there being any.

Q. Will Cyonara 9.7 work on asian beetles? If so, how much to a gallon of water? How long will it last outside?

A. Cyonara 9.7 is an excellend product for asian beetles as well as just about any other insect you may have an issue with. Once applied it will last for 2 - 3 months, but for best results you should apply it at least every two months. For asian beetles and most other insects you should mix 1/2 ounce per gallon of water.

Q. For a case of bed bugs how often should i spray? I live in a apartment i just found out about a month ago it has bed bugs. My guess is they are in the 12 apts, i lived here a year then i started getting bites mgmt says we will be having a new pest control company in 30 days or less .on my own until then

A. Your best option is to use one of our bed bug kits. They have a very high success rate and have all of the same professional products that most companies use for less than half the cost. Our kits also come with complete instructions that explain how and where to apply each product. You should treat every two weeks until activity is gone.

Q. How often should Cyonara 9.7 be applied? I sprayed around the perimeter of the house and in the boiler room mostly for crickets, but also for spiders and the infrequent American cockroach.

A. Cyonara is formulated to last up to 90 days, however for optimum results we recommend you apply at least every 45 days. Most liquid insecticides will last 60 - 90 days inside a home, but when you apply them outside and they are exposed to UV light, they breakdown much quicker and typically may only last about 30 days.

Q. Can I apply Cyonara 9.7 inside my home? I have kids and small dogs inside.

A. Yes, you can use Cyonara 9.7 while kids and dogs are in the house. When you mix this concentrate with water, it is only .03% - .06% active ingredient and only strong enough to kill small insects. It is a good idea to keep pets and children outside or in another room while treating and then allow about 30 minutes for the product to dry. Once dry it is perfectly safe for children and pets to re-enter the living space. Of course you should always store the bottle of concentrate just like any other cleaning chemicals, out of reach of children and pets.

Q. What is the shelf life of Cyonara 9.7? Also do you sell pestab tablets?

A. Cyonara 9.7 has a shelf life of approx 3-5 years. After you mix the product with water, you should use the mixed solution within 2-3 days (do not leave the solution in your sprayer longer than 3 days). We also sell Surrender PesTabs.
