Q
Why cannot Monterey Vegetable Garden Soil Insecticide be shipped to over 40 states?

Is this a typo or what? If it is indeed not to be shipped to over 40 states, then I figure this must be the good stuff. The listed active ingredient is only bifenthrin, so why the ban?

A

Monterey Vegetable Garden Soil Insecticide is not registered in the listed states. It can only be shipped to certain states for the time being. This can change once the registration is approved in those states.
