For optimal use, bathe first with the quality, clean rinsing CalmCoat Shampoo of your choice. Bathing is not necessary, but recommended. Spray PreClip directly on the coat prior to clipping and lightly rub. Clip the coat when the sprayed area has dried. PreClip is safe for use all over the body. It may also be used as a wipe-on for sensitive areas. PreClip is not intended for use directly on the clipper equipment or blades. For severely matted animals, consider scissors first.
