Ortho Home Defense Insect Killer for Lawns Granules is formulated to kill and control bugs and other insect pests outside before they get inside your home and start propagation. This pesticide also creates a protective barrier from bugs and insect pests minutes from initial use and lasts up to 3 months making it a cost-effective option. It shows results minutes after application and 10 pounds of this product can treat up to 10,000 square feet. It may be applied on flowers, ornamentals, vegetable gardens, lawns, and home foundations using lawn spreaders designed for granular application. It can kill even the toughest ones including fleas and centipedes. This product can also control ticks, pill bugs, ants, spittle bugs and more to keep your children and pets protected from irritation.

Ortho Home Defense Insect Killer for Lawns Granules are pet safe if used as directed.  Pets should remain out of the area during application and while the product is being watered in.  It is safe for them to return to the area once everything is dry.
