Questions about scorpion control products
I live in Arizona in a *very* heavily populated scorpion area. I have been using CyKick for about a year and it has been very effective, but I am thinking of moving to a different product so that the scorpions in my area don't grow resistant. I'm also wondering if there is another product that can withstand direct sunlight better, as the areas in our yard that see the most scorpions are completely unshielded from the sun. 1) Is there another product that is as effective as CyKick but is more resistant to sunlight? 2) Would Talstar granules be effective at controlling scorpions that live in gravel? We have a lot of desert landscaping and the scorpions take cover underneath the rocks. I'd like to get something that can get them there. If Talstar isn't ideal, what would be? This website has been a lifesaver for me and my family, by the way. We moved into this house with a baby on the way about a year ago, and realized on the second night in the house that we had literally hundreds of bark scorpions. Thanks to this website we haven't seen a scorpion in the house since November.
Suspend Polyzone is our longest lasting insecticide for outside the home. It will last 90 days outside and is labeled for Scorpions. Also, please look at our Scorpion Control Kit that we have put together to make choosing the right products easy for our customers.
