    Q
Please explain how this RBS1 EZ - Secured Rodent Bait Station works. Does it hold the rat or kill it?
    A

RBS1 EZ - Secured Rodent Bait Station is not a trap of any kind.  It is used with rodenticide baits to help protect them from weather and non target animals.  Rodents will enter the station, eat the bait, and then exit the station.   Or, you can use a trap in the station that will kill rodents that get caught in it, such as the Catchmaster Easy Set Rat Snap Trap (621P)

    Q
Can the RBS1 EZ be used inside a home?
We have mice and/or rats but i'm looking for traps that won't harm my dog
    A

We do not recommend using baits indoors because the dead rodent could cause a terrible odor if the dead rodent is not located and removed.. We would reommend using snap traps such as the Catchmaster Easy Set Mouse Snap Trapor glueboards indoors to trap rodents so that the dead carcass can be removed. Then, you should seal up any openings or rodent entry points and use the RBS1 EZ - Secured Rodent Bait Station outside around the perimeter of your home.
