The Remington Solar Attic Fan 25-Watt is a simple, yet cost-effective ventilation tool powered by solar energy. This attic fan can provide huge savings by not requiring any electrical wirings, city permits and electrician visits. It can be placed in areas that require improved air circulation such as lofts, workshops, attics, garages, storage sheds and others. It features a tiltable panel, seamless flashing and shroud to ensure weather tight installation, a stainless steel animal protection screen and a powder coated finish to withstand any weather condition and environment.
The Remington Solar Attic Fan 25-Watt is very easy to install, as each one comes fully operational out of the box.

The Remington Solar Attic Fan 25 - Watt does not hold a charge. The fan is activated when it is receiving at least 7 watts of power from sunlight and when the temperature is at least 82 degrees.
Also - does the animal guard keep out small birds?
Per the manufacturer of the Remington Solar Attic Fan 25 - Watt: All our fans come with a factory preset thermostat/humidistat combo. The fan only turns on when attic temp reaches 80 degrees or the humidity is above 75%. Animal guards will keep small birds out.
