Repels-All Liquid Concentrate

Shot-gun REPELS-ALL Animal Repellent Concentrate is made from all natural ingredients but is repulsive to vermin and other undesirable pests. Repels in three ways, by sense of touch, taste, and smell. Offers the most comprehensive animal repellent on the market. Protects plants and property for up to 2 months per application. May be used around edibles. Rain fast after 6 hours. The unique blend of ingredients in REPELS-ALL causes mild irritation to animal's nasal passages but does not harm the animal, it drives them away, naturally.

Repels-All is an animal behavior modification tool. It may need to be supplemented with other behavior modification techniques to break animals (particularly domestic animals) of existing bad habits.

Shake Well Before Using

Best results are obtained when application is made at least 6 hours prior to anticipated rainfall and the temperature is between 35° - 85° F. After material has dried, it WILL NOT WASH OFF IN RAIN. After REPELS-ALL has dried, it will last up to 2 months, however, to achieve maximum effectiveness, follow the application instructions listed below. REPELS-ALL is rapidly absorbed by the plants foliage, as well as the root system.

By Paul in Acton, MA on 06/20/2011

Chipmunks tunneling under A/C cement apron. One treatment and they moved away immediately to the other side of the house. The product is still working weeks later after heavy rains. This has given me time to find a permanent solution to eliminate those destructive rascals.

I had some small birds pecking holes in my cedar siding. This was bad enough, but the pecking was annoying. I was skeptical because I wasn't sure it would work on birds, but after my initial spray, "no more pecking".

I use this to protect trees from deer. Spraying the trunk until it is drenched seems to do the trick. Once a month application during the spring summer and the deer will stay away.

I mixed the concentrate and applied per instructions it seems to be working well, however, it looks like I have a critter who likes the taste of your product. He keeps gnawing at the same place. He gnaws I spray. From the size of gnawing,I think it's a chipmunk. We'll see who gives up first!

This stuff is a waste of money, I had two birds trying to nest on my front porch , used this stuff and they completely ignored it don't waste your money. every day we would remove the partial nest and the next day it would be back. Finally I called the county extension office and they recommended that I cover the area with screen netting that you use for windows. so far so good.

I was attempting to prevent my pet raccoon from digging up my flower bulbs. Yeah, not so great. He loves the stuff and tried to get the container out of my hand to eat it!! I can tell you first hand it attracts raccoons rather than deterring. Disappointed that product did not preform as advertized.

Title says it all. Don't get it on your clothes - they'll smell mildly of rotten eggs. That's from the putrescent egg material in it, which has the sulfur smell which we and animals dislike.

QWill Repels-All Liquid Concentrate deter possums and snakes?

ARepels All will help repel the following animals - Deer, Rabbits, Squirrels, Chipmunks, Dogs, Cats, Raccoons, Porcupines, Armadillos, Birds, Rats, Mice, Beaver, Ground hogs, Skunks, Voles, Moles and Shrews. The manufacturer of Repels All did not include opossums or snakes on their label either because they haven't tested their product for these animals or it didn't work up to their standards for these pests. We do not currently have any repellent products labeled for opossums. We do carry Snake Away and Snake Out for to repel snakes. Be sure the snakes you are trying to repel are listed on the product labels of the repellent you choose.

QIf I spray my tomato plant directly with repel all will it affect the plant or the crops?
My tomato plant were just planted and I think the deer have been coming to nip the top and pull out the plant which makes me mad. i have some repel it all that I bought a way back and sprayed the plant. I am just wondering if the direct spray will affect the plants?

AAccording to the Repels-All Liquid Concentrate product label you should not apply this product directly to plants that are intended for human consumption. Instead you will need to apply Repels-All around the tomato plants, not actually on the plants themselves, to form a barrier.

QI have squirrels in attic, trap has not worked, any suggestions?

AWe would definitely recommend that you NOT use the Repels-All Liquid Concentrate in your attic as the smell would be awful. You can try to disguise the trap you already have by putting leaf debris and sticks around the trap and placing birdseed or nutmeats inside to lure the squirrels in. If you know where the squirrels are gaining access to your home you can also install a one way door. (We are in the process of adding this type of product to our site, if you are interested in purchasing a one way door please call our customer service department 866-581-7378 and they will be happy to help you). When installed properly, this exclusion device will allow the squirrels to go outside but will prevent them from re-entering the hole. Please take a few moments to read our article Squirrel Management. This article offers many great tips on getting rid of these pests and keeping them out for good.

QIs there a deterrent I can use to keep raccoons away from my house?
I sometimes see them when I come home from work (around midnight) on the rooftop and then this morning around 5:30am, I heard them from bedroom and went outside to check, and sure enough I saw 2 of them.

AThe best way to get rid of the raccoons is to physically trap and remove them from your property with a live catch trap. If you decide you want to try a deterrent you can try the Repels All Liquid Concentrate. Repels All is made from all natural ingredients but is repulsive to vermin and other undesirable pests.  Repels in three ways, by sense of touch, taste, and smell.  Repels All is the most comprehensive animal repellent on the market. The unique blend of ingredients in Repels All causes mild irritation to animal's nasal passages but does not harm the animal, it drives them away, naturally.

QIs it safe to eat herbs such as basil and rosemary if Repels-All Liquid Concentrate got on them by mistake?
My husband got the liquid spray on our large rosemary bush as it's in a flower bed he was treating. This plant is a perennial and I use it in cooking all year round. Do I need to cut it back completely or just wait a few months before using it?

A

Per the product label on Repels-All Liquid Concentrate is an all natural product so you would not need to cut your herbs back. You would just need to be sure to wash them very well before using any of them.

QCan I use Repels-All Liquid Concentrate to remove rodents, rats, and raccoons, oppossums from my property?
I paid an exterminator to come out, and I see it was a waste of my money. He has been out four times since January 2015 setting out rat bait. The noises in my attic are still here. The rodents constantly dig a hole in my back yard. When I put rat poison in it, and close it up, they'll reopen it in two to three weeks. There are no holes on my roof or around my foundation where they are getting in. What can I use to rid these from my attic, grounds, and RV. They have destroyed the wires under my RV. Can muriatic acid be poured down the hole in the yard? I need to kill them, not catch them.

A

The only sure way to get rid of these animals is by trapping and relocating larger animals such as raccoons and opposums, and by trapping and/or baiting the smaller animals. You can try using repellents outside, but these are not guaranteed and may only work for a short amount of time. Repels All Concentrate covers the most animals. You can use gassers such as the Giant Destroyer to target animals in burrows that are in the yard area (these cannot be used under or next to a building). We would also recommend continuing to use rodent bait in bait stations around the perimeter of buildings. Our Rodent Baiting Kit is great choice for this need.

It is common for rodents to damage electrical wiring around vehicles. You can use snap traps for rats or mice on tires, under hoods, or in similar areas where other non-target animals would not be able to access them. The Catchmaster Easy Set Mouse Trap or Rat Trap would be great for this use (you should use the trap appropriate for the target animal).

In an attic space, we recommend trapping and removing or excluding animals there with a one way door trap. There are different sized traps to accomodate different animals, so you would need to identify what is there for the best option. Rats only need a hole the size of a quarter to enter, so it is easy to think that animals do not have access. The Tomahawk Dura Poly Live Trap 1232 would be a good choice for Raccoons, Opossums, feral cats, squirrels, and maybe even rats since they could not escape through the solid walls.

Another outdoor option still is to install Havahart Spray Away Motion Activated Sprinklers. These connect to a standard garden hose, and the sensitivity and height can be adjusted.

We cannot recommend using products for purposes other than those approved on their labels. We would recommend consulting with your local Animal Control for recommendations that may be approved in your area which are different from those listed here.

We hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have additional questions.

QCan Repels-All Liquid Concentrate be sprayed directly on painted wooden fascia boards to prevent squirrels from chewing?
I read the label, and it doesn't say how it will effect anything that is painted. I have several customers who are having problems with squirrels chewing on their wooden fascia boards. Is it safe to use in that situation or is there another product I should use?

ARepels-All Liquid Concentrate should work on painted fascia board depending on hold the paint is. If it is more porous it may not work as well. You could also try exclusion to keep them out of the area.
