    Q
IT says pet friendly. Is it Parrot (bird) friendly?
    A
Yes, the Revenge Pantry Pest Traps would be safe for birds. The Revenge Pantry Pest Trap control moths by using a special moth sex lure or pheromone that attracts male moths without toxins or insecticides that would be harmful to birds. Please be sure to keep it away from the bird cage, ideally these traps would be kept in the pantry or kitchen and inaccessible to your bird.

    Q
Are the lures suppose to look like cardboard and not smell like anything for the Revenge Pantry Pest Traps?
This is the first trap from this brand I've had and it hasn't caught a single Indian Meal Moth. The lure looks like a piece of cardboard an doesn't smell like anything. I've had another brand and it caught 2 almost immediately. I'm wondering if I somehow got packages of cardboard lures instead of rubber ones.
    A

The Revenge Pantry Pest Traps have a pheromone that attracts male moths infused in the glue of the cardboard trap. The male moths then become trapped, mating is disrupted and the breeding cycle is stopped eventually leading to moth control. They are effective for Indian meal moths, Mediterranean flour moths, Almond moths and Raisin moths. If you are attempting to trap another species, if the moths are female or if the traps have only been in the area for a short time this could reduce capture.
