Should I use Maxforce FC Bait stations with Maxforce Pro Gel to get rid of roaches?

Would it be advisable to use the Maxforce FC Bait stations along with the Maxforce Pro Gel to get two kinds of bait out there for the little buggers to snack on? I do have a pretty hefty infestation such that not only are they in the kitchen and bathrooms but they are starting to make incursions into bedrooms where there is no "real" food (other than stuff like books). Additionally, my house sits on blocks, should I use something under the house. I do have dogs but they don't go under the house, however, the neighbor's cat does. Any advice on that -- don't want to kill the cat (no matter what my dog thinks!) Also since it is winter and will be dropping below 25 for days at a time, will this have an affect on the roaches that aren't living inside -- or are there any roaches that aren't living inside. Thanks for your help... hope to get started at this in a couple of weeks... after we can get an order off to you.

Answer:

We recommend that instead of using two kinds of bait at once that you instead use a bait, an insect growth regulator and a high quality insecticide. Indoor roach infestations usually require more than one product because roaches like to hide in many different places and baits alone are usually not enough. Most of our customers purchase our Roach Control Kit 2. This professional kit includes 1 envelope of Demon WP Insecticide (which makes 4 gallons of finished solution) for spraying the outside perimeter of the home (and under house if necessary) and inside underneath large appliances, behind cabinets, under toilets and sinks, etc. You'll also get 4 x 30 gram tubes of Advion Roach Bait Gel--one of the best roach baits on the market. Advion can be applied up high in the corners of cabinets and in cracks and crevices in kitchens and bathrooms. The bait contains a slow-acting poison that attracts and kills feeding roaches, who also spread the bait to other roaches by contact or by sharing food. Finally, 20 Gentrol Point Source stations provide an IGR (Insect Growth Regulator) that will stop roaches from laying eggs, helping to halt the infestation. The combination of an IGR with roach bait is a highly effective roach control strategy that is widely used by pest control professionals. Sanitation plays a key role in eliminating roach infestations as well. Be sure to wipe out sinks to remove moisture at the end of the night, vacuum and mop under and behind appliances to remove food debris, take out trash every night and limit food consumption to one room.
